About Oltek AS

Oltek AS provides consulting services within digital health, combining expertise in technology, data security, user behaviour, and clinical psychology. Our work focuses on designing digital solutions that integrate into clinical and organisational contexts, with an emphasis on usability, adaptability, and patient-centred design.

In addition to consultancy work, we develop applications and tools for Garmin devices to support structured practice using wearable technology, currently focused on resonant breathing and physiological data. These applications are intended for general use and do not replace professional assessment or treatment.

Oltek AS was founded by Irina Oltu, a Norwegian licensed psychologist and engineer with extensive experience in the IT industry. Her background includes ownership and leadership in the development of encryption and data-sanitisation solutions, hands-on work with digital learning platforms, and involvement in the design of digital mental health treatment programmes.
